The Annual Maintenance, The Annual Cleaning and the Chimney Sweeping

Good news :  we’ve heard that new bookings are coming !
To offer the warmest welcome to your holiday-makers, your property must be ready.

One of our priority is to maintain the quality of your holiday rental to avoid any kind of issue or canceling of your reservations during the season.

From our professional experience we have identified various maintenance services which should be realized at least once a year.

Three of these maintenance services are, according to us, very essential :

  • The Annual Maintenance. The aim of this service is to verify the good functioning of your equipment and your furniture. During this maintenance our technical team will check the whole security of your holiday rental by controlling for example the electrical board, the plugs and much more ! Click here to check the different elements listed in this maintenance.
  • The Annual Cleaning. It consists of an annual global cleaning of your holiday rental to complete the Annual Maintenance explained earlier.
  • The Chimney Sweeping is also done if your holiday rental has one.

Also, we would like to propose you these other optional services in addition to complete the list below :

  • The cleaning of the upholstery
  • The cleaning of pillows and duvets
  •  The cleaning of the carpets

CAUTION : Without any answer from your part, our technical team will take the right to evaluate your accommodation and will proceed the different operations which they consider necessary (Annual Maintenance, Annual Cleaning, Chimney sweeping) in order to insure the good commercialization of your property.
